Shipping Terms and Conditions – South Africa

  1. A courier charge will apply to all deliveries, unless otherwise stated.
  2. Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 5 working days from date of payment reflecting in our bank account and handed over to a courier company for delivery (i.e. date of dispatch).
  3. Raw Bronze (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to use their preferred courier service depending on your location.
  4. To ensure that your order get to you safe and sound, Raw Bronze (Pty) Ltd makes use of door-to-door courier services in South Africa. You will be notified upon dispatch of your order and a reference number will be given to you. Orders will take approximately 3-4 working days from date of dispatch (i.e. Courier lead time). Please provide for extra delivery time over public and / or religious holidays.
  5. Courier fees are subject to change due to courier charge increases. Should the courier fees be more than quoted, Raw Bronze (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to charge additional courier fees. Raw Bronze (Pty) Ltd will contact the client and make suitable arrangement in such a case.
  6. Raw Bronze (Pty) Ltd uses the services of reputable courier services to ensure the timeous delivery of your order. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should these circumstances arise, Raw Bronze (Pty) Ltd will apply their best efforts to get your order to you, however we cannot be held liable for such delays.
  7. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct. We do not take responsibility for incorrect deliveries or delayed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided to us.
  8. Please ensure that someone will be available to receive the order at all times.
  9. If the courier is unsuccessful in his attempt to deliver the ordered goods and the order is returned to Raw Bronze (Pty) Ltd, you will be charged an additional handling fee.
  10. Raw Bronze (Pty) Ltd does not take responsibility for stolen artworks, late deliveries or damage caused during the courier of the artworks. We will ensure that the order is packaged and wrapped as best as possible.
  11. Should you wish to use your own courier services to collect your order from Raw Bronze (Pty) Ltd, we will gladly assist. Furthermore, we do not take responsibility for the order once the courier service has collected the artworks. Missing or stolen artworks, late deliveries or damage caused during the courier of the artworks will not be subject to replacement or refund.

Shipping Terms and Conditions – International

  1. International delivery can be arranged as Raw Bronze (Pty) Ltd is a licensed exporter.
  2. Please contact us at info@vincentdasilva.com to get a quote for the artwork you wish to be shipped. Raw Bronze (Pty) Ltd can arrange shipping to the address provided or closest international airport or port, depending on the size and weight of the artwokrs and what has been agreed upon between Raw Bronze (Pty) Ltd and you. The shipping charge is calculating by the size and weight of the order.
  3. Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 5 working days from date of payment reflecting in our bank account and handed over to a courier company for delivery (i.e. date of dispatch). You will be notified once the order has been dispatched and a reference number or flight details will be given to you.
  4. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct. We do not take responsibility for incorrect deliveries or delayed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided to us.
  5. Please ensure that someone will be available to receive the order at all times.
  6. Please be aware that any VAT, customs and duties will be paid by you on receipt of the goods.
  7. VAT, customs and duties are sadly out of our control and are determined by the customs officers and laws in the country to which the item is being shipped.
  8. You will be contacted by an agent from the delivery company to finalise VAT, customs and duties payments as well as any other handling fees which might be applicable, before the artwokrs can be delivered or collected by you. Please be available on your phone or email before and during this process, as delays might lead to storage fees.
  9. Raw Bronze (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for the VAT and Customs charges that are payable, as these charges are out of our control and are determined by the customs office in your country.
  10. Please note that your invoice will not show South African VAT.
  11. We Include: Collection, wrapping, crating, export clearance, arrangement of airfreight or shipping to the nearest international airport or port in your country of residence.
  12. We Exclude: Import clearance, possible customs, dusties and taxes (VAT), storage, delivery to residence or any other unforeseen charges not mentioned above (see ‘We Include’), that may occur at destination.
